Year 2016 brought ARIETE group significant expansion, changes to structure and consolidation. The company expanded to Slovakia through acquisition of ProAct Group, one of the most distinguished players in temporary agency work in Slovakia and a prominent dealer of OPEL automobiles.
“From March to December 2016, intense stabilization and restructuring of ProAct Group took place,” says Jiří Štika, ARIETE Group executive director. “While last year was mainly about stabilising and healing, this year we will focus the best possible definition of goals and the ways to meet them.”
ARIETE Group was also successful in other areas. Just before the end of 2016, an insource warehouse of our key customer was opened in Central Bohemia, a brand-new resident house providing modern and comfortable living to not only ARIETE based workers was finished in Milovice near Mladá Boleslav, and more facilities of this sort are being built in Jablonec nad Nisou and Rychnov nad Kněžnou.
Other activities were started through expansion of our subsidiary in Bulgaria. They are expected to get finished this year.
In 2016, ARIETE group achieved the total sales of 1.2 billion Czech crowns, number of employees increased and the customer base got extended significantly.
